Funny thing is for whatever reason if I try it because there is another book available, sometimes it works but just for a brief time. Totally frustrating! Which version of Windows 10 you last used it on successfully? I think I will maybe take my laptop in to have them test it because it is still under warranty to make sure everything is right with it.
